Memberships

Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Cancellation prevents future payments but does not generate refunds for previous payments.

Retreats

Retreat deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If Amanda Brenkley cancels a retreat, you will be offered either:

an alternative date

a credit

or a refund where appropriate.

Travel expenses, flights, insurance and other third-party costs remain your responsibility.
